1. Services Provided

ASVABtrainer is an independent online platform offering self-guided resources to help users prepare for the ASVAB exam. Our services include:

• Practice questions across all nine ASVAB subtests
• Flashcards for each subtest
• A free diagnostic that estimates readiness across Army line score composites and matching MOS jobs

We do not provide live instruction, tutors, or classroom teaching. Estimated readiness scores and MOS matches are for practice purposes only and are not official ASVAB scores or job qualifications — see Section 9.

2. User Accounts

To access and use key features of the Platform, you are required to create an account and provide your name and email address. This information is used for account management and customer communication only.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Membership and Payments

Access to the full question set on the Platform requires the purchase of a Premium Membership.

• Each subtest contains a limited number of free practice questions before purchase.
• Membership grants access to every remaining question, across every subtest, during the active subscription period.

3.0 Subscription, Automatic Renewal, and Cancellation

• Price: Premium costs $9.99 per month (plus any applicable taxes), charged when you subscribe.
• Automatic renewal: Your subscription renews automatically every month and your payment method is charged $9.99 on each renewal date until you cancel.
• How to cancel: You can cancel at any time, online, from the Subscription page of your account (open the menu, choose Subscription, then Manage billing), or by emailing support@asvabtrainer.com.
• After you cancel: You keep Premium access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. You won't be charged again, and your account and progress remain available on the free plan.
• Failed payments: If a renewal payment fails, Premium access is paused until the payment method is updated. Your progress is kept.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

3.1 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase only if you have answered fewer than 10 practice questions beyond each subtest's free preview limit.

Refund requests that fall outside of this condition will not be approved. All refund requests must be submitted to support@asvabtrainer.com. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our criteria. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to change pricing, subscription features, or refund terms at any time, with appropriate notice when required.

4. User Submissions, Privacy, and Email Communication

The Platform does not facilitate public user submissions. Any data you enter (e.g., practice answers or diagnostic results) is accessible only to you and the system for functional purposes.

We do not display, sell, or share your submissions with other users or third parties without your explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

4.1 Email Communication and Consent

By creating an account on ASVABtrainer, you agree to receive essential email communications related to your use of the Platform. These may include:

• Account confirmations
• Password reset instructions
• Subscription or payment receipts
• Reminders about your usage or progress
• Occasional feature announcements

We do not send unrelated marketing emails, and we do not share your email with third parties. You may opt out of non-essential emails at any time by contacting us at support@asvabtrainer.com.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to practice questions, flashcards, diagnostic materials, text, images, graphics, and code — is the exclusive property of ASVABtrainer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, upload, post, or transmit any material from the Platform without express written permission
• Use our content for commercial purposes or resale
• Share or publish any of our proprietary materials externally

We enforce copyright violations rigorously. Legal action may be pursued for misuse.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Account Usage Restrictions

• Accounts are intended for individual use only
• Sharing an account among multiple users is strictly prohibited
• Purchased accounts may not be resold, distributed, or made accessible to others via any means (e.g., public forums, resale platforms)
• Any abuse or suspicious activity, including automated misuse or damage to the Platform's functionality, may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund

9. Affiliation Disclaimer

ASVABtrainer is an independent practice tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Armed Forces, or any organization that administers the official ASVAB exam.

Use of the Platform is for practice purposes only. Your performance on our platform — including diagnostic readiness estimates and MOS matches — does not guarantee any specific results on the official ASVAB, or eligibility for any specific military job.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform and all content are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We make no representations or guarantees regarding:

• Accuracy or completeness of our materials
• Performance outcomes on the official ASVAB exam
• Suitability of the content for your specific goals

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASVABtrainer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform.

If a material change is made, we will notify you via email or through a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
